EPISODE DESCRIPTION
On this installment of MULTIMEDIOCRITY: The Broadcast!, Doofin and Talley, fresh off of their previous recording, come in a little hot, a little punchy, and a little sappy. They discuss a litany of topics, including director Nicholas Stoller's three movie run out of the gate, some better-than-average romantic comedies, and a few of unsung guitar greats. The gents also look back at Disney Afternoon's great early cartoon block and rapper Skee-Lo's 15 minutes of fame, and look forward to Game of Thrones' final season and Amazon's The Lord of the Rings series. Talley wishes people would stop genetically engineering pocket animals, Doofin returns to Queer Eye to give him the shot of hope he often needs, and neither mind the 3-hour runtime for AVENGERS: Endgame. Is James Gunn enough to make you show up for SUICIDE SQUAD 2? What woman's name that ends with an "anna" got the best song treatment? Have we not come a long way if we're able to argue the gayness of a gay movie or TV show? These questions and much more await you in the answer to life, the universe, and everything: episode 42!
